What is Didgigo?

Didgigo is a document solution designed for the travel industry. Using our system, create travel documents perfected in hi- and low-res PDF, fully interactive digital eProposals and mobile app presentations.

How long does it take to set Didgigo up?

Setup varies according to your subscription and company requirements. Most clients opting to use the QuickBuild Tool on the Starter or Professional subscription can be set up within 2-5 business days. If you require system integration or bespoke templates this may take longer. It is best to speak to your sales representative to understand setup times.

Does Didgigo have the product content for our destinations?

Didgigo's massive content library is constantly growing. Our content team works tirelessly with suppliers to ensure the high-quality content you require is available.

What if I cannot find a certain product in the Didgigo database?

If you cannot locate a particular product, please contact us using our Live Help button. Our content team are always on standby to create the right products for you if you cannot locate the correct product in our database.

Can I have products just for my company that no other company can access

Yes - we recognise your unique content is important to your brand, so you are able to customise your own supplier products to the level you require, without your competitors being able to access this content.

Can I create my own products?

Yes! You can create your own products if you wish using our Product Management tool, however for the most up-to-date content we recommend using the supplier-owned products Didgigo offers.

Can I edit an existing Didgigo product if I want to change the content

Yes! Once you have selected a product for your proposal, you have the ability to customise the content to your liking if you wish.

What languages does Didgigo support?

The Didgigo system is in English only however we do have the capability to produce documentation in various languages. These languages include (but are not limited to) French, German, Spanish and Italian.

My Subscription

Can I customise my subscription package?

Yes - we can tailor-make a package to suit by selecting add-ons to fit your requirements.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No! There are no hidden fees. The only additional fees will be if you choose to upgrade your package, template design or add on an additional service outside of your standard subscription.

What if I need to make changes after my subscription has started?

Changes to your subscription can be made, within reason, at any time. Please contact a support member in regards to changes and we will address case-by-case.

How many users can I have under my company profile?

Most of our subscriptions are for unlimited users. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions around your subscription package for more information.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note your subscription will cease at the end of the 30 day period you have opted to cancel with the fees still being deducted for that particular month.

My Templates

Can Didgigo customise the design of my templates to my brand so I look unique?

Yes! Fully customising travel documents to your brand specifications is our speciality. This includes template layout, colours, fonts, graphics and logo. Only your logo is customisable on the Starter or Professional subscription tier as these tiers use one of our standard templates.

Can I make changes to my template?

You may only make changes to your template if you are on the Premium or Productivity Suite package. If you are on the Professional package we will be unable to make changes to your template within your current subscription unless you choose to include a template design add-on at extra cost.

Where can I find a welcome image for my proposal?

Welcome Images are not provided by Didgigo. You can use your own company database or choose a royalty-free image from Shutterstock or Adobe iStock for example. Images must be high-res.

Can I update my company settings if they change?

Yes, we have a company setting section inside Proposal Management that allows you to update your T&Cs, Pricing Policies and more. You have full control.

Using Didgigo

I don't have an API or a system. Can I still use Didgigo?

Yes! We offer various processes for getting started, either API XML, XLS CSV import, or you can rapidly build your entire itinerary from scratch via Quick Build

How can I get Didgigo to integrate with my current software?

Didgigo has the capacity to integrate with many systems. If you would like us to investigate your current software program for a potential connection, please contact us at any time to discuss.

How do I know i Didgigo is the right system for me?

The 30-day trial is the best way to see if Didgigo is suitable for you and the needs of your company.

How long is my free trial & can it be extended?

Our standard trial is for 30 days. If you feel you need more time, we are happy to extend the trial by prior arrangement. Please speak to your sales representative regarding a possible extension.


What type of support will I receive from Didgigo?

Didgigo offers Live Chat, full access to our knowledgebase (help desk) and also ongoing email support with our client service team. We provide full training and ongoing support.

What if I need additional training?

We are always on standby ready to help you. If you need additional training or would like to learn more about the system, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.

How do I report an issue?

If you notice a fault with Didgigo or something isn't working quite right, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will lodge a ticket with our IT team and have the issue addressed.

Can someone at Didgigo prepare my proposal for me?

Yes! If you would like to produce beautiful documentation but do not have the time, you can use our Virtual Assistance add-on. This means we will have a dedicated member of Didgigo create and perfect your documents for you at an additional monthly cost. Please see our VA packages to see what works best for you.
